From NMPDR Wiki
NMPDR is a Bioinformatics Resource Center that provides an environment for the comparative functional analysis of genomes and biological subsystems. The specific focus of NMPDR is Campylobacter, Listeria, Streptococcus, Staphylococcus, and Vibrio, but all publicly available, complete genomes are in the database to support comparative analyses.
The SEED is a gene annotation environment developed with the specific goal of annotating 1000 genomes. The data in the NMPDR come from the SEED. Hints and tips for using both the SEED and the NMPDR can be found at this web site.
The current list of people involved in this project can be found on the SEED People page.
Additional instructions and examples for using the NMPDR can be found on the main NMPDR web site.
